Subscription and Automatic Renewal
By using our Associates recurring billing, you authorise The Catholic Publishing Company to initiate recurring monthly or annual charges to your specified payment method. Your contribution will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. All payment processing is securely handled via PayFast, utilising PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant tokenisation. The Catholic Publishing Company does not directly store your credit or debit card details.

Billing Schedule
Payments will be processed on the 1st day of each month/anniversary of your signup date. If your payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the transaction may be processed on the adjacent business day.

Cancellation Policy (CPA Compliant)
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can:

In accordance with Section 14 of the South African Consumer Protection Act, written cancellations will be processed with a notice period of 20 business days.

Failed Payments
If a recurring charge fails due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or invalid details, PayFast will automatically re-attempt the charge according to standard retry intervals.

Refunds
Contribution payments are non-refundable.
